Join our Circle! There are many ways you can be a part of "new community" NCP is working to create! Take your pick—or choose them all!
- get your name on our mailing lists to receive As the World Turns, our 3/year newsletter, or get on any of our email lists, where topics range from the Amazon to the Arctic to gender justice and more
- experience the world up close and personal on our Learning Tours to the Arctic, Amazon , Sudan , Nepal , Burma , Central America
- help the people in your school, church or anybody else think twice about their lifestyles and values
- support our Special Projects for women's empowerment, girls' education and reforestation and rainforest preservation
- Join the Band — an opportunity to pledge yourself to more sustainable and just lifestyle, while receiving a wristband made by the Cofan people of the Ecuadorian Amazon from eco-friendly forest products
- like us on Facebook - we like you!
- consider being a Solidarity Worker, volunteering for three months or more in Sudan, Central America or the Amazon
- promote NCP in your area by having one of our staff come to your church, camp, school or other group—we're cheap, knowledgeable, passionate and occasionally funny

If it makes you feel any better, our overhead is about as low as it gets. Our home office is truly a "home" office; along with three modestly-paid full-time staff, the rest of our staff are part-time or volunteer; and we are truly budget travelers--even known to scavenge for meals (there's a story there...) David Radcliff earning money for NCP the old-fashioned way--immersion in a glacier-fed stream in Denali National Park. Learning Tour participants came up with a total of $100 for the cause. |
